Parking Facilities

Because of our central location in the Old Town, the hotel is in an ACIRE zone which means that there is no allowance to drive through or park in front of the hotel. Therefore, we suggest that you book transfer service or Taxi from or to the airport, since they have special allowance to pick up or drop off in front of the hotel

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking facilities in the hotel, but are pleased to inform you is that there is a local parking called “Passeig Mallorca” just 300 meters from Concepció by Nobis. The parking provides service 24 hours (Price: 0.032715€/minute) and you can leave your car the whole day when you pay for 12 hours. For leaving the car 12 hours or more, there is a basic tariff rate of 23,55 €.

On the other hand, in the surroundings you will see the “blue lines” to park in the street, which means that

• Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 8.30pm you have to pay for a maximum of 2 hours in the same parking place (after that 2 hours you have to move your car to a different place).
• 8.30pm to 9.00am is for free.
• Totally free on weekends from Saturday at 2.30pm.
• Moreover, there are some “white lines”, which means that it is free parking in the street during the whole day. This kind of street parking is mainly in the “Paseo Marítimo of Palma” (about 20-25 minutes by walking to the hotel) but there are also some of them close to the hotel.
